Overview In this role you support litigation and dispute matters by analyzing financial information and conducting forensic work to uncover insights. You will work on fraud investigations and various dispute scenarios, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Review and analyze financial information, accounting records, tax returns, and court pleadings for litigation support
- Assist with litigation discovery and document requests
- Perform financial modeling and analysis for litigation and forensic engagements
- Contribute to fraud investigations (embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, healthcare fraud, etc.)
- Support dispute and litigation consulting across areas like partnership, real estate, IP, and lost profit/wage analyses
- Support engagement and client relationship processes including communication, invoicing, budget management, deliverables, and presenting to clients
- Assist with business development including proposals and attending industry/networking events
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related area of study
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support, investigation, and forensic accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling
- Strong communication with clients
