Overview In this role you will design and scale Qlik-based analytics across the Engineering COO portfolio to empower executive decision-making. You'll translate business objectives into scalable data architectures and front-end insights, collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. You will build AI-enabled data infrastructure, robust pipelines, and interactive executive interfaces that support risk-aware, data-driven leadership. This position offers exposure to a wide internal network and the opportunity to shape enterprise BI capabilities at Bloomberg.

Responsibilities- Architect scalable data architectures and pipelines for enterprise BI using Qlik Sense/Cloud
- Design executive-level analytics interfaces and visualizations
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled data infrastructure and analytical solutions
- Implement robust ETL processes, data governance, and row-level security
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytics
- Develop semantic data layer and medallionized data framework
- Leverage Qlik Cloud features (Answers, Predict, App Automation) to accelerate insights
- Build automated workflows and REST API integrations to orchestrate data reloads and write-back capabilities
Key requirements- 5+ years hands-on experience with Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Cloud
- Advanced SQL skills and dimensional data modeling experience
- Experience with ETL scripting and data pipeline development
- Proficiency in Set Analysis, UI/UX concepts, extensions/mashups
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders
- Project management experience mapping requirements to tasks and timelines
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflows
