Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Performance Management cases and coach managers through documentation and process requirements
- Lead Terminations & offboarding for Senior Manager and below within assigned client groups
- Triage, route, and resolve HR Help Desk queries
- Coordinate internal mobility transactions
- Schedule and conduct exit interviews and surface themes
- Manage HR Inbox for assigned orgs
- Operate AI-assisted workflows for case intake, documentation, and communications
- Identify opportunities to automate/manual-effort reduction
- Contribute to shared templates, prompts, and workflows used across orgs
Key requirements- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with direct ownership of performance management, employee relations, or HR case work
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in daily work
- Experience handling high-volume, process-driven HR work with quality and compliance
- Strong written communication and professional documentation
- Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law with ability to flag/escalate legal risk
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ticketing systems, and HR tech tools
- Process-oriented mindset with drive to systematize repetitive tasks
- Ability to manage multiple cases across orgs in a fast-paced environment
