Overview In this role you partner with leaders and employees to address people-related matters across the employee lifecycle. You manage workplace investigations, support ADA accommodations and leaves, and contribute to HR operations. You coach leaders, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience and business performance. Responsibilities- Partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters
- Lead workplace investigations including interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations
- Support ADA accommodations and leaves of absence with timely, consistent handling
- Coach and influence leaders using sound judgment and HR expertise
- Identify workforce trends and collaborate with leaders on solutions to improve employee experience and performance
- Support performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and other key partners
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
Key requirements- HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience with ability to work independently
- Strong experience with employee relations and workplace investigations
- Working knowledge of ADA accommodations and leaves of absence
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coach and influence leaders while maintaining collaboration
- Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or similar operational settings is preferred
