Overview In this role you guide federal facility recovery work in Kauai from assessment through construction, turning findings into executable scopes and priorities. You will lead on-site construction managers and diverse teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. You'll coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to keep recovery efforts aligned with project goals. Responsibilities- Lead onsite construction management across facility repairs, building envelope restoration, utilities, and related infrastructure work
- Translate assessment findings into executable scopes, sequencing plans, and construction priorities
- Direct construction managers and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, budget, and progress and resolve issues that threaten delivery
- Review construction plans, submittals, requests for information, change proposals, and field documentation
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recovery actions to internal and federal project stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of leading complex facility or infrastructure construction and repair programs
- 2 years of leadership or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
