Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end financial and estate planning for high-net-worth clients, acting as a subject-matter expert and collaborating with advisors. You will use eMoney and other tools to deliver tailored planning solutions, supported by an Advanced Planning Analyst, across a regional footprint. The role combines remote collaboration with periodic in-person meetings and travel to stay connected with clients and centers. You will shape planning engagements, coach junior staff, and drive high-impact client outcomes in a client-first, professional culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end financial and estate planning engagements for high-net-worth clients
  • Use eMoney and other planning tools to develop comprehensive client solutions
  • Collaborate with the Advanced Planning Analyst and regional team to support engagements
  • Travel 5-20% and work across investor centers remotely or in person
  • Coach and develop junior team members
  • Communicate complex planning concepts clearly to clients and advisors
  • Manage priorities and balance multiple tasks to deliver timely planning outcomes
  • Contribute to regional strategy and increase impact on client outcomes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with preferred designations: CPA, JD, M.T., LLM in taxation, CFA or CFP
  • 13-15 years total experience with 7+ years in trusts/estate planning, income tax or succession planning
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 within 90 days of employment
  • Retirement, financial, investment and insurance planning knowledge
  • Estate planning, wealth transfer planning, wills/trusts, income taxation, and estate tax knowledge
  • Ability to build and review financial plans using tools like eMoney
  • Experience with business owners or Pre-IPO companies is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead in a regional/hub role and work independently
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and client-advisor relationship skills
