Overview As an HR Business Partner at StoneX Group, you will shape people strategies for a designated business unit and translate business needs into effective HR solutions. You will collaborate with leaders to design organizations, plan workforce needs, and drive talent management and performance initiatives. Responsibilities- Provide HR business partner support and act as trusted advisor to the business
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills development
- Contribute to the people strategy within the defined segment and align with global HR goals
- Solve complex, broad-impact problems and recommend process improvements
- Coach leaders in career development, leadership, and management practices
- Lead development and implementation of people plans to enable initiatives and a thriving work environment
- Review business metrics (retention, employee experience) to drive systemic improvements
- Provide compensation support for salary actions (annual reviews, promotions, re-leveling)
- Handle employee relations issues from simple to complex; provide guidance and delivery
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to drive HR agenda and with Talent Acquisition for scalable recruiting
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and mentor HRBP team
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation
- Document and implement common HR processes to streamline operations
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and IT; participate in research or special projects

Key requirements- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work across time zones and independently
- Judgment to handle moderate to complex business problems and advise on strategy
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Experience translating business priorities into cross-functional strategies
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive change
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
