Overview As Head of University Recruiting, you will build Polymarket's campus and internship program from the ground up. You will own the strategy, from school targeting to onboarding, across engineering, product, design, and business functions. You'll create scalable processes and a distinctive campus presence to attract top early-career talent. This is a high-ownership, visible role that blends operational rigor with creative engagement. You will help Polymarket scale its talent to support rapid growth and a culture of experimentation.

Responsibilities- Own campus recruiting strategy and year-round plan for target schools, events, partnerships, and ROI
- Build a distinctive campus presence and repeatable event playbook with candidate capture and follow-up
- Launch and manage internship program from recruiting through onboarding and conversion to full-time
- Design scalable application, assessment, screening, and interview workflows for hiring teams
- Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to plan headcount and early-career pipelines
- Build and lead a small recruiting team and set operating standards and culture
- Represent Polymarket externally and build relationships with students, faculty, and university communities
- Use data to measure pipeline quality, conversion, and ROI for continuous improvement
Key requirements- 5-10+ years in campus recruiting, university talent programs, or similar
- Proven ability to build systems and programs from scratch
- Strong operational rigor and project management with budget ownership
- Excellent executive presence and communication
- Cultural fluency with ability to design relevant campus experiences
- Ability to work across technical and business functions without being SME for every role
- Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and iteration
- Experience with hackathons or creative university channels is a plus
- Experience at startups or high-growth tech or consulting environments is a plus
