Overview In this role you will prepare accurate project cost estimates for infrastructure works, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors. You'll perform quantity takeoffs, analyze labor and material costs, and respond to scope changes to keep quotes competitive. You will contribute to construction best practices and product innovation while ensuring clear, timely communication with U.S. clients. This position offers exposure to large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration in a global engineering environment.

Responsibilities- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop quotes
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates based on project scope
- Research labor, material pricing, and production times for estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on cost-effective solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide quotes
- Monitor addendums and scope changes to update estimates
- Maintain estimating records and compile summary reports
- Participate in Microsoft Teams meetings with staff and clients
- Support construction best practices and product innovation
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years in construction estimating or related field
- Knowledge of ground-anchor solutions and geotechnical systems preferred
- Experience with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing
- Strong ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, project specs, purchase orders, and contracts
- Strong mathematical and computational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimating requests
