Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and trusted advisor
- Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance
- Identify accounting and financial reporting issues and propose practical solutions
- Supervise and develop associates and senior staff
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with business development and expanding client relationships
- Stay current on accounting, auditing, and industry developments
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
- CPA license preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and develop accounting professionals
