Responsibilities- Lead corporate tax and treasury activities with governance frameworks and priorities
- Direct global cash planning, liquidity forecasting, and visibility into capital availability
- Oversee domestic and international tax matters including corporate income tax compliance and transfer pricing coordination
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions for international cash management
- Collaborate with executives on mergers, acquisitions, and global expansion; assess tax and treasury implications
- Build scalable processes for tax reporting, treasury operations, and compliance
- Align tax and treasury priorities with broader finance, operations, and strategic objectives
