Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, professional individual to provide part-time support with light collections and related administrative responsibilities.
This position will focus on following up on outstanding customer accounts in a professional and service-oriented manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and following through on outstanding items.
Responsibilities
Conduct light collections and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
Contact customers by phone and/or email regarding outstanding balances
Maintain professional and courteous customer communication
Document collection activity and customer follow-up
Track outstanding items and ensure appropriate follow-through
Assist with related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and customer-service-oriented approach
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing outstanding balances
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
Previous collections, accounts receivable, billing, or administrative experience is helpful
