Overview In this role you will support the development of project estimates and schedules for industrial construction scopes, while learning from experienced estimators and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Participate in site walks with senior team members to learn scope and conditions
- Support development of estimates and schedules for customer proposals under guidance
- Assist gathering information, quantities, and documentation for estimates
- Learn to obtain and review subcontractor quotes for inclusion in estimates
- Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, and operations to understand planning needs
- Support post-award project planning activities, including schedule updates and resource loading
- Travel up to 25% as needed
- Access elevated work areas to assess work scope as required
Key requirements- Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data entry and calculations
- Analytical skills applied to pricing, inventory, or ordering decisions
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Experience with scheduling software (preferred)
- Construction estimating experience (preferred)
- Construction experience in removal/installation of tower trays, packing, nozzles, piping (preferred)
