Overview As Senior Subcontracts Administrator, you will manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders across contract types to support development, production, and global sustainment. You'll provide technical and programmatic subcontract expertise, ensuring compliance and mission success. You'll collaborate with contracts, purchasing, and program teams to shape procurement strategy and supplier engagements. Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders across contract types (Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Time and Material)
- Provide technical, programmatic, and subcontract expertise for required actions
- Ensure program quality and mission success through supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with prime contract flow-downs and handle new business requirements (RFPs, evaluations, BOE, negotiations)
- Oversee additions/modifications to subcontracts and coordinate with contracts and purchasing
- Contribute to subcontract policies/procedures and sign supplier agreements within authority
- Engage in Supply Chain strategy for the Strategic and Missile Defense mission area
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of professional experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (procurement, subcontract administration, negotiations, proposals)
- US Citizen and ability to obtain/maintain US DoD SECRET clearance and pass background/drug checks
- Strong negotiation skills
- Adaptability to change
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition (FAR) procedures
- Experience with enterprise procurement/purchasing systems
- Price/Cost Analysis experience
