Litigation Attorney

You will support an in-house insurance team as a Litigation Defense Attorney, focusing on California personal injury matters. The role is remote, with travel across Southern California for trials. You will work closely with a single client, shaping defense strategy and ensuring effective trial readiness. This position offers stability and direct impact within the client's legal function, combining independent work with cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage California personal injury litigation for a single client
• Prepare and coordinate for trials, including travel across Southern California
• Collaborate with claims and internal stakeholders to develop defense strategies
• Maintain ongoing case management and status updates
• Support remote work setup while ensuring courtroom presence when needed

• 2+ years of California personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Active California Bar license
• Trial preparation experience
• Resident of California; local applicants only
