ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a small, growing team with big goals. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent, gaining valuable experience that helped lay the foundation for building a strong, successful office. We've already become a top-performing agency in the county and are continuing to grow.
My journey has shaped how I lead - I'm a cancer survivor, which has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, positivity, and supporting others.
For our team, we offer performance-based incentives, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is positive, supportive, and team-driven. We're looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and competitive, while also caring and team-oriented - someone who brings a great attitude and wants to grow alongside a motivated, high-energy team.
