Overview In this role you support development, production, and global sustainment by shaping subcontract agreements with suppliers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, competitive procurements and successful contract administration. The position offers exposure to a range of contract types and significant interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your work helps ensure program success through effective subcontract management and performance oversight.

Responsibilities- develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
- prepare bid packages and conduct bidders' conferences
- develop evaluation criteria and analyze proposals
- negotiate subcontract provisions and select/recommend subcontractors
- write subcontract packages for review and administer resulting subcontracts
- negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
- collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop policies and procedures
- may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority
Key requirements- experience in subcontract management
