Overview

In this role you will perform high-quality due diligence and investigative research to support Global Security, Compliance, and Risk Management for a major global technology client. You will independently manage complex investigations across multiple jurisdictions, evaluating financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks to support risk-based decisions. You'll leverage OSINT, proprietary data, and public records to assess third parties, vendors, and acquisition targets, delivering clear, actionable analyses. You will partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and improve due diligence processes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute enhanced due diligence investigations on corporations, third parties, and executives using diverse data sources
  • Produce concise due diligence reports, executive summaries, red flag assessments, and risk briefings
  • Assess adverse information and recommend escalation paths and mitigation actions
  • Monitor global developments impacting third-party risk and inform stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Ethics and Investigations teams
  • Manage multiple due diligence projects with SLA adherence
  • Develop search strategies and analytical methodologies to improve outcomes
  • Perform quality assurance of research products and mentor junior analysts
  • Support process improvements, metrics, and program maturity efforts
  • Assist in refining due diligence frameworks and reporting standards
  • Provide proactive risk monitoring and alert stakeholders to material developments
  • Contribute to ongoing risk-based decision making and vendor onboarding processes
Key requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in due diligence, investigative research, or related fields
  • Experience conducting enhanced due diligence and integrity investigations
  • Strong knowledge of anti-bribery, AML, sanctions, fraud, and PEPs
  • Experience using research and investigative platforms
  • Advanced OSINT collection and analysis across diverse data sources
  • Excellent written communication for client-facing reports and executive briefings
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with defensible conclusions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information
  • Experience working independently and in global cross-functional teams
