Overview In this role you will act as the primary intelligence representative in cross-functional planning teams, shaping intelligence support for operations. You will draft and refine intelligence documentation, align collection and analysis with operational needs, and sustain the daily battle rhythm. You'll plan and script exercises, test intelligence architectures, and ensure coordinated communication across teams and partners. This is a hands-on role that combines planning, briefing, and crisis coordination to enable timely, informed decision-making.

Responsibilities- Serve as the intelligence representative in cross-functional planning teams
- Draft, review, and refine intelligence documentation for regional plans and orders
- Develop and maintain Intelligence Synchronization Matrices aligned to operational requirements
- Support daily operational battle rhythm and crisis coordination
- Plan and participate in joint and multinational exercises to test intelligence processes
- Facilitate coordination between analytical branches, collection managers, targeting teams, and operations
Key requirements- 5+ years in military intelligence, intelligence operations, or joint planning
- Experience with Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Experience drafting intelligence annexes and orders
- Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including partner nation capabilities and theater campaigns
- Ability to brief senior military leadership and coordinate across joint staff directorates
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
