Overview As a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiter, you will drive end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding in a fast-paced environment. You will work with hiring managers to identify needs, source and assess candidates, and guide new hires through a smooth onboarding and benefits experience. You will maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure clear, inclusive communication in both languages. This role supports the organization's growth by attracting talent and enabling a positive, structured entry for new employees.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers and pre-employment steps
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop talent strategies
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate background for role alignment
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding tasks for a smooth start for new employees
- Communicate with candidates and new hires in both languages to support inclusive hiring
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity in the ATS
- Provide guidance on benefits information and respond to questions during hiring and onboarding
