Overview In this role you will lead high-volume, field-based recruitment across multiple operational areas in Raleigh. You will coach recruiters, refine hiring workflows, and drive workforce planning to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with leaders to align recruiting plans, optimize processes, and enhance candidate experience while strengthening employer visibility. This role offers impact by shaping talent acquisition at scale and deploying modern recruiting practices.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based and high-volume roles across multiple functions
- Coach and develop recruiters to improve performance and candidate experience
- Refine talent acquisition workflows from sourcing through onboarding readiness
- Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost efficiency) to guide decisions
- Expand candidate pipelines via job boards, social platforms, networking, and targeted search
- Partner with internal leaders to anticipate staffing needs and support workforce forecasting
- Support recruitment technology adoption (e.g., Workday ATS) and related change initiatives
- Evaluate advertising strategies and strengthen employer brand and market visibility
- Ensure compliant pre-employment screening and verification processes
