Responsibilities- Oversee review of complex 1040s including Schedule C/E
- Lead tax planning discussions from start to finish
- Manage IRS and state audits with confidence
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Administer tech stack (Thomson Reuters, SurePrep) and identify new tools
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- Active CPA or EA designation
- 6+ years of tax experience with high-complexity returns and planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software (Thomson Reuters CS Suite preferred)
