Responsibilities- Represent clients in litigation across state, federal, and tribal forums
- Engage in government affairs and regulatory matters for tribal entities
- Handle a wide array of legal issues including business transitions, housing, education, finance, gaming, energy, natural resources, and taxation
- Support tribal and organizational clients in diverse forums and filings
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communication
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience in litigation with exposure to family, probate, real estate, or related areas
- Licensed attorney in Colorado or another state jurisdiction
- Interest in representing tribes and tribal entities in litigation and government affairs
