Responsibilities- Administer and support Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Platform, and related SaaS applications
- Serve as primary point of contact for platform incidents, service requests, and support tickets
- Troubleshoot Power BI refresh failures, connectivity, gateway, security/access, and Fabric incidents
- Determine root causes and categorize incidents by Fabric, Snowflake, gateways, infrastructure, data quality, or application development
- Escalate issues with detailed analysis and recommendations to development teams
- Support administration and optimization of enterprise data platforms and analytics environments
- Participate in infrastructure initiatives like server rebuilds, gateway modernization, end-of-life upgrades, and platform lifecycle management
- Perform production deployments and support release management
- Conduct code reviews for production-bound changes
- Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure reliability and performance
- Drive sustainable solutions by addressing recurring issues and implementing preventative improvements
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and operational metrics
- Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, and operational best practices
