Reservationist
Transdev in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Reservationist to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

- Competitive compensation package of minimum $18.00/hour - Maximum $20.50/hour
Benefits include:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer customer calls and input all customer trip requests utilizing the Trapeze Software system, in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions and company requirements.
- Produce efficient and productive schedules through determining if trip is to be scheduled by pick up time or by arrival/appointment time.
- Provide accurate responses to callers' questions about schedules, trips and other questions using information made available to the agent
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Clear speech and pleasant phone demeanor
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs
- Knowledge of Trapeze Software and Genesys phone system is a plus
- Subject to drug testing.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
