Leasing Attorney

In-House Contracts Attorney at a NYC-based family-owned real estate investment and management firm. You will draft and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, estoppels, and workouts for a mixed portfolio, balancing templates and complex agreements. This fully in-office role requires precise contract judgment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the firm's leasing strategy.
