Senior Manager, Attorney Recruiting for a top global law firm client in NYC. This hybrid role is responsible for overseeing law school recruitment, lateral associate, and judicial clerk recruitment for the NY office.
Responsibilities: Manage the associate, judicial clerk, and summer associate recruitment programs.
Oversee the law student recruiting season including outreach, interview program registration, and assembly of interview teams. Responsible for summer associate screening interview/callback process. Working with the team, coordinate/confirm interview schedules. Manage post-offer activities.
Maintain law school relationships with career services professionals, and student organizations.
Manage lateral associate hiring. Manage judicial clerk applications and former associates returning from a clerkship. Prepare and analyze recruiting metrics and reports related to student, lateral associate, and judicial clerk hiring. Work closely with the team to plan summer associate program. Oversee the scheduling summer associate exit interviews.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree required. Must have at least five years of coordinating/managing law firm attorney recruitment. Proficiency with MSOffice Suite, and viRecruit (preferred), or similar. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a team environment. Strong project management skills. Flexibility for OT, and occasional travel.
Salary range: $185K - $225K commensurate with experience.
