ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the health and fitness industry, including experience managing a health club. I also have a strong athletic background, having played college football at both Georgia Tech and Alabama State. Those experiences helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and positive energy I bring to the agency today.
Giving back is important to me and our team. We stay active in the local community, support area food banks, and I serve on the board of a charitable organization that supports a Chicago children's hospital.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Freddie Crenshaw - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
