$16.20 - $24.30 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Every appointment starts with a friendly greeting. As a Clinic Receptionist, you'll help create a positive experience by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and keeping our physician offices running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and update patient records
- Collect required forms and process patient check-in/check-out
- Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service or medical office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities
- Positive, patient-focused attitude
