ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a small, close-knit team focused on maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as a team member, building a solid foundation in the business.
I'm a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and take pride in both my work and community involvement. We stay actively involved by supporting organizations like Manning Children's Hospital, pediatric brain cancer research, and groups such as Soaring Spirits International.
For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is supportive, independent, and customer-focused. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, engaged, and takes ownership of their work - someone who can help maintain and grow our existing book of business while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
