ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry and 14 years as a State Farm Agent, I'm proud to have built a career centered around helping customers, developing people, and growing a successful agency. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas has always been home. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business, I went on to build two agency locations in Dallas and Mesquite and now lead a team of approximately 12 professionals.
Our agency has a high-energy, goal-driven culture. We set big goals and hold ourselves to high standards, and that commitment has helped our agency consistently rank among the top 5% of State Farm agencies for several years. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
