ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has a long-standing legacy, first opening in 1992 and expanding to a multi-office operation in 2017. With 17 team members today, we've built a strong, experienced, and close-knit team. My journey with State Farm began in 1986 as a team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow a successful agency from the ground up.
We offer 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and flexibility when needed, along with three to four weeks of vacation and sick time. Our office culture is fun, energetic, and built on long-term relationships - many of our team members have been with us for years.
We believe in working hard and playing hard. It's a big operation with plenty of opportunities to grow, all while being part of a tight, supportive organization. We look for individuals who want to be part of something lasting and enjoy being surrounded by a team that truly loves what they do.
