Responsibilities:What You'll Do:
Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly, professional attitude.
Handle client interactions and basic office tasks
Maintain a professional front-office presence
A welcoming office with training and room to grow into admin roles
Qualifications:What You Bring (Must-Haves):
- HS diploma/GED; 1+ years of receptionist/admin experience preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Real estate office/assistant experience
