ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We launched our agency in 2014 and are now a thriving team of 10, with even more growth on the horizon! In 2026, we designed and built an office space that reflects who we are-a team that values both hard work and having a great time together. (Pro tip: ask for a tour of our garage!)
What sets us apart? Our office might just be the most fun State Farm office in Illinois. We've got a gym, golf simulator, pool table, ping pong table, and a backyard big enough for a home run derby. We keep things lively with friendly competitions and love mixing it up with a team full of dreamers, thinkers, jocks, nerds, introverts, and extroverts. There's truly a place for everyone here.
We offer strong individual bonus and compensation plans, plus team-based bonuses to reward collective success. You'll have access to mentorship opportunities, collaborative selling, and extensive in-house marketing resources that keep the leads flowing. If you're looking for growth, support, and a seriously fun environment, we'd love to meet you!
