BODYBAR Pilates Lone Tree, Colorado
A little business savvy, a lot of personality, and a passion for making things happen!

We're looking for a sales-driven, business-minded, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader to help bring BODYBAR Pilates to Lone Tree!
Our studio isn't open yet, so this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help build something special. We're looking for someone who's resourceful, adaptable, and just as comfortable creating opportunities as closing a sale. Someone who can think on their feet, pivot when needed, and isn't afraid to jump in and get things done.
If you're passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and can embrace a little organized chaos along the way, you might be exactly who we're looking for!
WHO WE ARE
BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic, reformer-based workouts through our signature BODYBAR method, with studios across the country. We're on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, combining strength, form, and, most importantly, CHEER! Our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing BODYBAR Pilates Lone Tree to life. From presales and community outreach to building your sales team and establishing studio culture, you'll help lay the groundwork for a successful studio.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. Plans may change and priorities may shift, so you'll need to be resourceful, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You'll lead sales, develop relationships throughout the community, motivate your team, and create an exceptional experience for our members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales & Business Growth
  • Drive monthly revenue and membership sales goals by implementing the BODYBAR sales process and maintaining established membership rates and recurring revenue.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, increase membership retention, and encourage referrals.
  • Build relationships through community outreach, networking, local partnerships, social media, grassroots marketing, and events.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide daily results recaps.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and manage the sales team.
  • Set expectations, coach performance, and motivate your team to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
  • Lead by example and jump in wherever needed to support the team and studio.
Community & Member Experience
  • Be the face of BODYBAR Pilates Lone Tree, building relationships with members, prospective members, and local businesses.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive studio environment that encourages member loyalty and a strong sense of community.
  • Plan and participate in community events, networking opportunities, promotions, and studio activities.
  • Manage member communications and client relations across email, social media, and other channels.
Studio Operations
  • Oversee daily studio operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Uphold studio policies, procedures, and BODYBAR brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and retail merchandising in coordination with vendors.
  • Support studio events, promotions, and other business initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Sales & Leadership Experience: At least two years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience, including management experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: A proven ability to meet sales goals, confidently manage follow-up, and convert leads into memberships.
  • Resourcefulness & Initiative: You're proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership and finding solutions without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: You thrive on change, can pivot quickly, and know how to go with the flow when plans shift.
  • Hands-On Attitude: No task is beneath you. You're willing to jump in, tackle challenges, and do whatever it takes to keep things moving.
  • Community Builder: You enjoy networking, developing partnerships, and making genuine connections.
  • Professional Presence: You're articulate, personable, and confident, with a polished appearance appropriate for a client-facing leadership role.
  • Organizational Skills: You're highly organized, able to prioritize competing demands, and comfortable working toward deadlines and sales targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning new technology. ClubReady or Mariana Tek experience is a plus.
  • Passion for Fitness: You're excited about reformer Pilates and helping others feel stronger and more confident.
  • Flexibility & Reliability: You're dependable and willing to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as needed, especially during presales, Founders Week, and the studio opening.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Competitive compensation plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Free, unlimited BODYBAR Pilates membership.
  • Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing fitness brand.
  • Discounts on BODYBAR apparel.
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
READY TO BUILD SOMETHING WITH US?
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to passively manage a studio. We're looking for someone who wants to help build one!
If you're a motivated, business-savvy leader who loves sales, thrives on challenges, and can laugh a little when things don't go exactly as planned, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your ideas, energy, initiative, and passion for fitness. We'll bring the Pilates!
Let's build something great together at BODYBAR Pilates Lone Tree!
Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support the growth, culture, and strategic priorities of BODYBAR Pilates. This is a recommended full-time, exempt position.
