ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of nine. My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I'm a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. I founded Impact 249, a nonprofit focused on serving our local community, and our team stays involved throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
