Overview In this role you will serve as the local expert on Bayer Crop Science products and agronomic insights, guiding key growers to in-season success. You'll build strategic grower relationships, deliver agronomic advice, and drive Bayer's portfolio through planning to harvest. The job involves leading opportunity-driven initiatives, trials, and collaboration with field teams, with substantial travel. You'll contribute to market growth and align with our channel brand and mission to improve farmer outcomes.

Responsibilities- Lead the development of a portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives for the assigned geography
- Build relationships with key growers by providing agronomic advice, product selection, and placement recommendations
- Drive grower demand generation plans and support team goals
- Provide whole-farm agronomic guidance and stay informed on agricultural research
- Lead trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers
- Support key seasonal milestones such as crop planning, in-season product needs, field scouting, and harvest monitoring
- Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and Partners on business planning and aligning with growers' objectives
- Resolve performance issues and support key grower needs in season including PPIs and Replants
- Make strategic recommendations to leadership on innovative ways to improve business results
- Monitor grower account activity and identify new issues or opportunities throughout the year
- Manage an annual SG&A budget and program expenditures
- Travel approximately 60% with significant face-to-face customer interaction
