Overview In this role, you will handle patent litigation and IP disputes for technology-driven clients. You will work within a litigation-focused team to navigate federal courts and PTAB proceedings, contributing to strategic risk assessments and outcomes. The position is fully remote, combining independent work with cross-functional collaboration. You will shape case strategy and drive complex legal-technical issues to resolution, supporting high-stakes matters across diverse industries.

Responsibilities- Represent clients in patent litigation before federal district courts
- Advocate in PTAB proceedings
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, claim construction briefs, and discovery materials
- Manage fact and expert discovery including depositions
- Develop litigation strategy and advise on risk and outcomes
- Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and clients on complex issues
- Manage active caseloads and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Key requirements- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Four years of experience handling patent litigation matters in federal court
- Experience with Hatch-Waxman, ANDA, or PTAB proceedings strongly preferred
- Technical background or degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with teams
