Responsibilities- Identify and develop profitable relationships with prospects and clients
- Solicit referrals and cross-sell bank products and services
- Prepare relationship plans and calling schedules for clients/prospects
- Coordinate with product specialists to structure solutions
- Negotiate, document, and close loan transactions within policy
- Monitor portfolio quality, risk, and profitability; prepare management reports
- Represent the bank in community and industry activities
- Ensure credit quality standards and appropriate authority in decision-making
- Resolve client needs and cross-departmental issues
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitor products
Key requirements- Bachelor or equivalent in finance or related field (degree field not specified)
- Minimum 5 years of lending experience
- Minimum 5 years of credit experience
- Strong understanding of commercial credit policies and bank operations
- Proven sales and marketing abilities with cross-selling experience
- Excellent credit analysis and accounting skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams; sound decision-making authority
