Overview

In this role you drive AI governance and risk management for Deloitte clients, helping translate regulatory and ethical requirements into defensible controls across the AI lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop governance frameworks, advise on regulatory compliance, and contribute to market-facing materials and proposals. The position sits within the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, focusing on trustworthy AI and regulatory sensing for Technology, Media & Telecommunications clients. Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of Trustworthy AI risk workstreams (generative AI, agent model validation, AI regulatory sensing) for Deloitte and external clients
  • Advise stakeholders on AI risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, controls, and procedures addressing fairness, transparency, privacy, and compliance
  • Coordinate engagement activities across cross-functional teams (workplans, communications, issue tracking, quality reviews)
  • Contribute to market activation through proposals, client materials, industry insights, and knowledge sharing across Trustworthy AI and ethics offerings
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or Public Policy
  • 4+ years in regulatory risk, compliance, AI governance, model risk, or advisory services
  • Experience developing or implementing AI governance frameworks, controls, or regulatory processes
  • Experience supporting operational compliance, regulatory management, or compliance program transformation
  • Experience coordinating workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 50% on average
