Overview As a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant, you will drive end-to-end transformation for Life Sciences clients, shaping strategies and delivery across sales, service, and operating models. You'll work with a cross-functional team to translate client needs into functional solutions, and you'll lead workshops and ensure alignment among stakeholders. You'll apply your experience to optimize business processes and customer journeys in pharma, biotech, or medtech contexts. This role offers you the chance to impact transformational programs at scale within a leading consulting practice.
Responsibilities- Support design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams
- Analyze current-state business processes, customer journeys, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate client needs into functional recommendations and deliverables
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions while tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action items
- Create presentations, status reports, process maps, and implementation materials to support program execution and stakeholder alignment
Key requirements- 5+ years in consulting or the Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, or biotech)
- 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead
- Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Heath Cloud Certification
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
