Overview In this role you help leading tech firms translate strategy into scalable transformation programs. You partner with cross-functional client teams to drive AI, data, and platform initiatives from plan to real-world impact. You'll shape operating models, governance, and workstreams that land change at scale while tracking value and ROI. Responsibilities- Translate strategies and roadmaps into actionable implementation plans and operating models
- Drive execution alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring initiatives land with lasting impact
- Size value at stake and track delivery against ROI for transformation programs
- Identify and realize cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend
- Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, decision logs, risk management
- Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives
- Lead workstreams end-to-end: design approach, manage work, deliver client-ready outputs
- Maintain quality across all team deliverables with coherence and rigor
- Support business development: proposals, viewpoints on opportunities, client relationships
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and set expectations while building trust
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams to keep internal delivery on track
- Develop junior team members and provide meaningful growth opportunities
- Travel: 40-50% (up to 80% as needed)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tech or consulting
- Strong client communication and ability to influence senior executives
- Proven ability to drive complex, high-impact engagements
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, complex environments
- Generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms application
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
