Overview As a Senior Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you guide enterprise programmatic traders to adopt and optimize Amazon DSP. You collaborate with agency advertisers and cross-functional Amazon teams to onboard, train, and enable customers, translating business goals into actionable programmatic plans. You influence product evolution through customer feedback and beta participation, while ensuring customers become proficient, independent users who achieve measurable results. This role combines deep domain expertise with trusted advisory skills to drive adoption and success at scale.

Responsibilities- Own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers across customer organizations
- Provide onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, and ongoing usage consultation
- Analyze data to identify improvements, root causes, and enablement strategies
- Guide product beta participation, capture feedback, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists
- Define and improve processes/tools for the PSC team to better serve customers
Key requirements- 6+ years in digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis experience
- 6+ years in programmatic advertising
- Experience with multiple programmatic domains (DSP, RTB, ML optimization, ad verification/tracking/attribution)
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers
