People Partner Director - Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess Commercial North America - Logan

Overview

In this role you will serve as a strategic partner shaping the associate experience for the Logan site and the Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess Commercial business. You will drive people strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen team effectiveness, and minimize workforce risk while enabling leaders to lead with confidence. You will partner with HRBPs and COEs to ensure compliant governance, effective change management, and scalable execution. You will use people data to inform decisions and advance talent outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local people strategies with business leaders to support goals and drive performance
  • Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and timely headcount actions
  • Ensure governance, policy compliance, and employee relations practices across the site
  • Partner with LER COE and leaders to manage high-risk or sensitive people matters, including crisis response
  • Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management
  • Leverage data, analytics, and technology to identify trends and improve talent outcomes
Key requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and global standards
  • Proven coaching and influence with leaders on sensitive matters and modern HR practices
  • Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements
  • Ability to use people data to drive decisions and partner with HRBPs/COEs
  • Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity with lean principles and problem solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in regulated environments and global matrixed organizations is a plus
  • Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for HR decisions could be advantageous
