Responsibilities- Litigate insurance coverage cases as part of a team, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
- Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers
- Communicate directly with clients, providing proactive timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle
Key requirements- 1+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the New York State Bar
