Responsibilities- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including high-exposure cases
- Collaborate with attorneys and Partners on complex matters
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Proactively communicate with clients with status updates
- Contribute to legal strategy and case development focused on client outcomes
Key requirements- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in Michigan
- Minimum 6+ years of general liability experience (including premises liability, trucking and transportation)
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience with legal project management is a plus
