Overview

In this role you lead the graphic direction for Nike Sportswear women's apparel, shaping product graphics that sit at the intersection of sport, style, and culture. You translate business priorities into compelling visual storytelling, guiding concepts from idea to final execution while mentoring others. You collaborate across product, color, materials, and development to ensure graphics render effectively on product. Your craft elevates the team's output in a fast-paced environment and you influence cross-functional partners to maintain brand voice and consumer relevance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of modern, elevated graphic concepts for the women's space
  • Translate seasonal and business priorities into clear storytelling
  • Collaborate with product, color, materials, and development to ensure graphics work on product
  • Contribute strategically and hands-on from concept to final execution
  • Mentor and elevate the work of other designers through leadership and collaboration
  • Drive consistency and clarity across briefs, concepts, and deliverables
  • Navigate ambiguity while upholding high standards of craft and design excellence
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field
  • 7+ years of product graphics experience
  • Experience in fashion, sportswear, streetwear, or apparel preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, illustration and typography
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools
  • Solid knowledge of apparel product creation and building accurate tech packs
  • Proficient in Adobe CC
