Overview In this field-based role, you will drive adoption of PAD and CLTI therapies through clinical leadership and program development. You'll collaborate with interventionalists, surgeons, and hospital leaders to launch and scale PAD and LimFlow initiatives, building cross-functional programs that expand patient access. You will translate clinical evidence into compelling education and presentations for physicians and administrators, shaping strategic market growth. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence patient outcomes by partnering with teams across Stryker to advance vascular care.

Responsibilities- Identify growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD/CLTI
- Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership
- Drive therapy adoption via clinical education and program-building
- Expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow franchise value
- Coordinate strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and messaging
- Deliver high-impact presentations to physicians and hospital administration
- Provide clinical feedback to R&D and Marketing
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and training events
- Act as clinical SME during national calls and trainings
- Support onboarding and ongoing training alongside Sales Leadership and Medical Education
- Develop and disseminate pre-sale and evaluation insights for internal stakeholders
- Perform other duties to support regional and national initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience
- Current certifications and vendor credentials
- Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment
- Independent work capability
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills

- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
