Overview In this role you evaluate, deliver, and optimize ionizing radiation therapies and operate related equipment. You will contribute to clinical care and education while ensuring radiation safety and regulatory compliance. The position supports our Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion and other outpatient clinics, enabling high-quality cancer care across the region. You will work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex dose calculations and treatment planning challenges, shaping patient outcomes.

Responsibilities- Evaluate, deliver, and optimize therapeutic applications of ionizing radiation
- Operate and calibrate radiation therapy equipment
- Perform treatment planning and dose calculations
- Contribute to radiation safety and regulatory compliance
- Engage in clinical and educational activities related to medical physics
- Collaborate with clinicians and other specialists to support patient care
Key requirements- Master's Degree or equivalent in Radiological or Medical Physics
- 5 years of relevant experience as Therapeutic Medical Physicist (radiation oncology, including machine calibrations and treatment planning)
- ABR CRT or ABMP CRT certification upon hire
