Overview In this role you will shape Abbott's IVL portfolio globally, driving marketing strategy, product commercialization, and customer engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations to accelerate adoption and portfolio growth. You'll translate market insights into compelling positioning, campaigns, and assets that support physician education and patient care worldwide. Responsibilities- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for the IVL portfolio
- Define product positioning, messaging, and segmentation to maximize market penetration
- Lead integrated marketing programs across digital, field, educational, and promotional channels and align with regional needs
- Lead end-to-end commercialization planning for new introductions and portfolio expansions across US and international markets
- Coordinate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Finance, and regional teams to ensure launch readiness and alignment
- Monitor launch performance, optimize initiatives, and drive opportunities to accelerate adoption
- Engage with customers, KOLs, and field teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies
- Develop and deploy sales enablement tools, training materials, digital content, and launch communications
- Collaborate with sales, training, and external agencies to deliver customer-centric content and programs for physician education
Key requirements- Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in product management, downstream marketing, strategic marketing, sales, or related healthcare/medical device roles
- MBA preferred
- Experience in cardiovascular medical devices, intravascular imaging, or calcium modification therapies
- Experience supporting global product launches and commercialization
- Knowledge of coronary intervention procedures and customer workflows
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Experience with international teams and navigating regulatory/reimbursement considerations
- Strong public speaking and field engagement experience
- Project management and cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (including international)
